My Best Fren, My partner, My love...

Well, the sauna date with mum was cancelled as they had to go back home after Maghrib. Hmm...dissapointing but to make up for it, i received good news from the husband. He called to say that most probably he will be able to fly back next Tuesday after his trip to Prague during the long Easter Holiday this weekend. And that too after much negotiation between the UK and Asian boss. I hope it is at least partially confirmed. Don't let them hold you back for too long ya?

Now it's time to plan something special for the love of my life. Hmm...mebe i need to learn to cook up an exotic dish. Yes? No?? Mebe i should. He loves seafood paella. I will try surfing the net for the recipe pretty soon. Anyone wanna share the recipe? From my readings, Paella is a typical Spanish dish traditionally featuring saffron flavoured rice and seafood. Paella is really a complete meal in itself. So i don't need to cook any other dishes. Smart move?

Next, i have to spring clean the home and change the bedsheets. Get my hair fixed, some add ons to the wardrobe(i wonder what has this gotta do with welcoming him home?) and what about shopping for a new sexy lingerie? Haha...kidding!!

Honestly, i felt a sudden gush of euphoria rushing through my veins when i heard hubby is eventually coming home. I still am on cloud nine. Being away for too long doesn't do me any good. Supposedly the saying goes, absence makes the heart grow fonder. True to a certain extent but if it's for way too long, it's a mental and emotional torture, truthfully speaking.

Finally, i'm counting down the days till i meet u again, hunny!
