When the husband mentioned, "Let's go to Newton", my sleepy eyes litted up.

When the palette has been satisfied and the tummy filled to the brim, we went for a spin through Orchard Rd since it's been ages since i last done so.

I really miss the night life in Singapore.

I miss the bright lights lining its streets.

I miss the guarantee of security.

I miss the Singapore lingo.

I miss the Singlish.

I miss Mustafa Centre.

The thought of doing some grocey shopping at Mustafa was abandoned as there was quite a crowd. So, we drove to Giant Hypermarket at Tampines instead.

The home needs to be stock up with some food as the husband will not be returning to KL with me next week. Sad huh?

So he has to do some cooking on his own.
