Age is mind over matter!

Despite still feeling lethargic due to lack of sleep, i made my way to meet these wonderful ladies.

Fetched them at Tampines & off we went all the way to Vivo City.

Oh, in case some of you might not know, today, my fellow teacher friends had just received their big, fat year end bonus.

How lucky rite?

That is something for me to envy about.

But thank goodness, we still received a pro-rated bonus.

Well, better than nothing rite?

Beggers can't be choosers.

Since 3 of us are students a.k.a teachers on hold, we had the liberty to cajole someone for a lunch

treat at Fig & Olive.

N so she did.

Such a big heart she has.

We will return that favour someday after we graduate, Insyallah.

N i was totally caught by surprise when they sprung a mini birthday celebration for me.

I didn't see it coming at all until they said they've got a cake for me.

Honest.

I mean, how come i didn't notice them with a paper bag while they walked towards my car?

Pls do me tis favour, don't count the candles. They were just kidding with the numbers. They got it all wrong, didn't u girls??

As they sang, i clapped with joy & laughter.
