Those were the days...

I rushed to town from school to spend my evening with these ladies.
We finally had our long overdued meet up. We were buddies during our diploma days. We haven't met in a while. We knew each other when we were barely 17. We realised after 11 years, we're still very much the same individual. We even looked the same as before. The only difference is that we have each paved different paths in our lives and that led us to different road junctures. However, we're still very much the same old crazy bunch.

3 of us are married and one had just came back from studies in Perth. Priscilla is a mother of a charming little toddler, Firoza is expecting her first bundle of joy, i am happily married and Geetha is busy preparing for her wedding to her long time sweetheart and she is a tai-tai in the making. N y so? Becoz her bf is currently undergoing a training to be an SQ pilot.

We had our usual banter at Secret Recipe, Plaza Singapura as the mummy to be was having a real, huge appetite that night. The feeling was indescribable being able to meet up with these girls whom i've forged a friendship with for more than a decade. We talked of the past and we rekindled some memories. We teased each other on the past and joked about who had a crush on who. N they teased me of the 'fan base' i had in school. These babes hv gd memories to begin with. Hahaha...How i wish i could turn back time. Being young and carefree was the best time of our lives, rite girls?

Priscilla brought her little man. He is sooo charming with that shirt and abang-abang look. He was hyperactive throughout the night. Poor mummy couldn't eat her dinner in peace. Well, now i know how it is like with a child. It's no easy task, for sure! He was the centre of attraction all night long. Pris gave up and said that she will not bring him along on the next meet up. Poor little baby! Mummy gave up on u. Mebe u shld try daddy next.Hehehe...

Let me tell u, i really love these girls to the core!!!

We had so much fun catching up on the past that we didn't see the time flying by. It was bedtime for Christopher. Mummy had to rush back before he gets even crankier. We had a group photo before sending them to the taxi stand.
