Do hairstylists know everything about hair?

I had my very messy, dry, limp and desperately-seeking-treatment hair fixed at Jean Yip after successfully setting up a new bank account. Phew, finally managed to settle many things within this week.

After much consideration, i decided on a hair spa with a scalp treatment plus a haircut thrown into the package. Overall, it was a thumbs up! But well, the hairstylists were too forthcoming, kind and friendly for my liking. I suspect the preferential treatment came about after knowing i am not a local. I had not one but 2 hairstylists fussing & attending to me and even blowing my hair at the end of the session. I think it is ridiculous having 2 persons blowing 1 head. It's not as if mine is that big! And of course, the more outspoken one tried selling more than one treatment and their products to me. So that explains it all, huh!

Undeniably, it was a good pampering session afterall.

before and...

after...

So soft, silky and manageable therefore i didn't shampoo my hair this morning cos i didn't want the refreshing smell to go away.hehe...

I can't believe i now have a Msian bank account. I guez it's about time to fit in.

the bank book is small & cute

A god-sister who stays in KL brought us hunting for furniture before the husband treated us dinner @ Nando's.

where were u looking at?

So, i have someone to take care of me when the husband is away. She voluntarily renderd her services to me.hehehe...thanx kak shikin, i will keep one room for you, surely.

Just off the record, do you think my hair is rebonded? Coz everyone seems to think so even the very 'smart' hairstylists did!

N now, for the record, my hair is actually naturally, boringly straight right from birth. I can't even style it in any other way, like say, curl it up cos after a few minutes, it will go back to its original state. Wasted effort. I don't even need to comb it. It is what it is.

Boring!!
