Taking it a day at a time...

Today, we went marketing at a local market.

The seafood and vegetables sold were really, really fresh and worth its money.

Not to mention, it is dirt cheap!

Later that evening, we went to a nearby hotel for dinner.
For added information, Maghrib here is at 6.15pm.
By 6pm, it is already dark.
So can u imagine life over here?
Sadness when sun sets.
For me, that is.
Now that explains why the people here have lots & lots of children.
By dusk, nothing much can be done cos the shops are mostly closed except for the eateries.
On a more positive note, i kindof got my bearings.
I know my way around after just a few days stay here.
My mum says that i am her "bright" child.
For the wrong purposes, i reckon.
haha...

My parents & aunt are delightfully counting down to Thurs as they will finally be heading for home. That leaves me all alone when the husband is out at work. Since i am afraid of staying alone in a big home, hunny suggested that i accompany him to work and spend my time surfing the net in his office while he works.

Sounds like a good idea?

Not really.

Coz i have to wake up early as their day starts as early as 6am when the sun rises and shines brightly on your face.

But oh well, do i have a choice?

Take it or leave it!

Beggers can't be choosers can they?
