Singapore Idol

Singapore’s Hady Mirza has been crowned the region’s first singing champion at the inaugural Asian Idol competition in Jakarta on Sunday.He has defeated five other Idol winners from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines and Vietnam.

Eventhough not the strongest contestant i must say, but he did his best and bagged the title of such a prestigious award.

I am so proud of you, Hady!

We all are.

I have the exact same sentiments as Ken when he said, "You look like a singer and you sound like a winner...The Asian Idol is going to be someone with the most appeal rather than the best singer."

I totally agree.

I bet your smashing good looks bowled many teenage fans over.
